The games are independently built by Sheperd Dog Software company in Denton, Texas and owned by Honey Dee Games of Dallas,Texas. Honey Dee Games is the brain child of entrepreneur James Rumpf a man who was born in Queens, New York but raised in north Texas. The James Rumpf story goes back to the early 80s when Jim Rumpf and Joe Oriolo of Felix The Cat and Casper The Friendly Ghost were business partners in a company called JARELCO.
